Payment Information

International Customers (anyone outside of Trinidad and Tobago)

At the moment, Nude Designs can only process international orders with delivery outside Trinidad and Tobago via PAYPAL. We are diligently working on making it more convenient for you to purchase directly with your credit and debit cards and we will let you know as soon as the option is available. In the mean time, PayPal is a safe and secure alternative to paying for your items

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, we do not accept returns on unwanted items. However, there are certain exemptions to this rule such as if the piece is damaged upon arrival and a few other instances. Please feel free to contact so we can discuss your particular situation. In some cases we will accept exchanges for another product of equal value.

How long will my items take to arrive?

TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO CUSTOMERS: Your items will take up to 5 business days depending on what pieces you order and how many pieces you order and what shipping method you choose. We will send a confirmation email for you with all the relevant delivery details once you place your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Your package will be shipped via FEDEX within 3-4 days of purchase. International delivery usually takes 8-12 days.

What materials do you use to make these pieces?

We use gold plated, gold filled, sterling silver metals and semi-precious stones.

What if I cannot meet at the confirmed time for pickup (within T&T)?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery or you will have to pay an additional $35TT ($5US) inconvenience fee. We will also call on delivery day to confirm time and place. If you are unable to meet up for any reason, we will try to arrange a pick up time later the same day or you can choose the UPS cash on delivery (COD) option for the following week. Can I cancel or change my order?

Please EMAIL us at immediately if you wish to cancel or change you order. If you haven't paid for the item, please email us no later than 24 hours after placing the order. Please note that if you have already paid for the items via PAYPAL, you have only 3 hours after to email us about any cancellation or changes to the order.

What happens to unclaimed or undelivered orders?

If the items are returned to us because of undeliverable address or unclaimed, we will contact you to schedule another delivery. There is an inconvenience fee of $35TT ($5US) that will be include on the invoice in the next collection. If after a second attempt of contact and no claims have been made, we will cancel your order and no refund will be made. To ensure that this does not occur, notify us in advance if you are not able to collect or need someone else to collect the items on your behalf.
